Job Description

We are searching for an HR Generalist to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. In this role, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, contributing to our overall organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment strategy and ensure the company attracts top talent.
  • Drive the employee onboarding process and ensure effective training.
  • Provide support in managing employee performance and appraisals.
  • Collaborate with management to design employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legislation and regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management for HR issues.
  • Maintain and report on HR metrics and analytics.
  • Facilitate workshops and training for employee development.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving company culture.
  • Support the execution of HR initiatives in line with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
