Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Compensation and Benefits Manager with a robust background in executive compensation. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that ensure our organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and administration of executive compensation plans.
  • Monitor compensation practices to ensure fairness and consistency across the organisation.
  • Analyse compensation data and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate communication regarding compensation programs organization-wide.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws affecting compensation and benefits.
  • Gather and interpret data from surveys related to executive compensation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Coordinate with finance on budget implications for compensation planning.
  • Help develop a diverse and inclusive culture through equitable compensation practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to HR staff on compensation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Proven track record of developing compensation strategies in a large organization.
