Job Description

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze learning needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
  • Create and deliver training content, ensuring it is relevant and engaging.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging staff to pursue personal development.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Oversee the development of e-learning modules and other digital learning formats.
  • Ensure compliance with training-related regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role with demonstrated L&D success
