Job Description
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing HR functions within our education-focused organization in Reading. Your key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee documentation and maintaining personnel files.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of training programmes and workshops.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive working environment.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment law and regulations.
  • Undertake research to benchmark HR practices with industry standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of HR-related events and meetings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent is preferred
  • HR Management Systems (HRMS) Proficiency in HRMS for managing employee data.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal Communication Strong communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills Exceptional skills in managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or higher)
  • HR Certification from a recognised body
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with e-recruitment platforms: Experience using platforms for online recruitment and applicant tracking.
  • Project management experience: Skills in managing HR-related projects effectively.
