Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, playing a pivotal role in shaping a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate HR policies and ensure they comply with current legislation.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Enhance communication between management and staff.
  • Coordinate workforce planning and talent management.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure an inclusive hiring process that promotes diversity.
  • Assist in succession planning and career development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • CIPD Advanced Diploma is an asset
