Job Description

As a Training Solutions Consultant in HR Management, you will work closely with clients to design and implement effective training strategies tailored to their organisational needs. The role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and instructional design to create engaging training solutions that elevate employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyse gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and deliver training sessions tailored to specific business sectors.
  • Design and implement evaluation strategies to measure training impact.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
  • Provide consultancy on HR best practices and training methodologies.
  • Lead project management for specific training initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with external training providers and facilitators.
  • Contribute to the development of organisational training policies.
  • Promote and market training opportunities to employees.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue and materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in HR or training
  • Additional qualifications in e-learning development are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR training and development roles.
