As a Magnet Maker, you will play a crucial role in the production of precision magnets. Your responsibilities will include operating specialized equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and calibrating machinery for magnet production
• Conducting quality checks at various stages of production
• Troubleshooting machinery malfunctions and ensuring minimal downtime
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting in training new team members
• Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation
• Implementing health and safety protocols in the workplace

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience in magnet manufacturing or related field (preferred)
