As an Employee Wellness Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness initiatives within our organisation. You will work closely with employees to address their health needs and develop programs that foster a supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead wellness initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Work with departmental managers to integrate wellness into workplace policies.
  • Support employees' mental and emotional well-being through various initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of health and wellness through targeted communication.
  • Oversee the wellness budget and resource allocation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Program Management Skilled in managing wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Health Coaching Experience in providing health guidance and support.
  • Data Analysis Ability to evaluate and analyse program impact through data.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy Strong ability to understand and address employee needs.
  • Teamwork Proficient in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Certified Health Coach
  • Wellness Program Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Proficiency in wellness technology tools: Experience with digital platforms that support employee health tracking.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions: Skilled in engaging groups through educational programs.
