Job Description

As an Employee Wellness Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness initiatives within our organisation. You will work closely with employees to address their health needs and develop programs that foster a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead wellness initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Work with departmental managers to integrate wellness into workplace policies.
  • Support employees' mental and emotional well-being through various initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of health and wellness through targeted communication.
  • Oversee the wellness budget and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Psychology, or related field
  • Relevant health certifications are an asset

  • 3+ years in wellness program development or HR functions
