Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and manage talent acquisition.
  • Implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Cultivate relationships with local employment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Provide strategic advice on workforce planning and development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations
