Dynamic HR Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to assist in various HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance with employment legislation. You will be instrumental in developing HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Address employee queries and provide HR policy guidance.
• Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.
• Organize and promote employee training sessions.
• Implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
• Manage employee benefits and support wellness programs.
• Collaborate with management on employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
