Job Description

As an Equal Opportunity Representative, you will be responsible for implementing policies that promote diversity and inclusion within our organisation. Your role will involve working closely with managers and employees to ensure that our workplace is equitable and welcoming to everyone, regardless of background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of diversity training programmes.
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics to stakeholders.
  • Engage with employee resource groups to support underrepresented communities.
  • Conduct focus groups to gather feedback on diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Advise on best practices for inclusive hiring and talent management.
  • Implement strategies to enhance workforce diversity at all levels.
  • Develop communication materials that promote diversity initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a diversity and inclusion role
Technical Skills
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Languages
