Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of payroll and the effective management of employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UK employment laws and proven experience in payroll administration and HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing, including the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
  • Implement and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring offerings are competitive and compliant.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of payroll and benefits data.
  • Train and supervise payroll staff on best practices and compliance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and government agencies during compliance reviews.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits packages.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
Technical Skills
  • HRIS Systems (e.g. PeopleHR, BambooHR)

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management
Languages
