Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Clerk who is detail-oriented and has a passion for supporting HR functions. The HR Clerk will play a vital role in our HR team, focusing on maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and providing administrative support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage employee documentation, including personal data and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in employee orientation and onboarding programmes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance with HR policies.
  • Respond to queries from employees regarding HR processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in HR or related field are advantageous
  • HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Experience with HRIS to manage employee information.
  • MS Office Suite Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks.
  • Recruitment Software Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail in managing records.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in payroll administration: Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of workplace policies: Knowledge of best practices in HR policy enforcement.
