Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to enhance our employee training initiatives at Kingswood. You will work closely with teams to understand training needs and develop bespoke training programs that enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with Kingswood’s objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the organization.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance the training delivery and employee engagement.
• Generate reports for senior management on training outcomes and future training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant education and training regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant professional certification preferred

Experience

• 5 years in Learning and Development or corporate training

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Learning and Development
