Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Brighton. This role involves managing HR operations, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies and processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management.
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily HR operations.
  • Monitor employee performance and advise on improvement strategies.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage the employee grievance process.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate employee training programs.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics to share with leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

  • 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
