We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Brighton. This role involves managing HR operations, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Responsibilities
Design and implement HR policies and processes.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management.
Coordinate and supervise the daily HR operations.
Monitor employee performance and advise on improvement strategies.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Manage the employee grievance process.
Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Facilitate employee training programs.
Prepare reports on HR metrics to share with leadership.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
