As an HR Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. Your expertise will help to safeguard the company against potential risks while fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of compliance policies.
  • Conduct internal investigations related to compliance issues.
  • Prepare and distribute compliance training materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments regarding compliance.
  • Evaluate existing HR practices for potential compliance weaknesses.
  • Track and report on compliance metrics to management.
  • Assist in developing strategies for improving HR compliance.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding compliance policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Law is desired
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR compliance experience preferred
