Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will manage payroll processes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate employee records. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, along with experience in payroll systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing for monthly and weekly payroll.
  • Ensure tax and pension deductions are calculated correctly.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Relevant payroll certification is preferred
