We are seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to ensure that our HR policies and procedures are in accordance with legal standards. This role is vital for maintaining compliance across our operations and supporting our human resources strategy.
Responsibilities
Review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements.
Conduct risk assessments related to HR compliance.
Assist in developing compliance training programs for employees.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation.
Ensure proper documentation is maintained for compliance audits.
Support the HR team in resolving compliance-related issues.
Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Postgraduate qualification in HR or Compliance is advantageous
Experience
4+ years in HR or compliance roles within a corporate environment

Experience with HRIS and compliance management systems

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Languages
