Job Description

As a Winding Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our electrical coils and windings. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of electrical components will ensure that our products meet rigorous safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for both visual and mechanical inspections, following protocols meticulously to identify and report any discrepancies in the winding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of staff development programmes tailored to business requirements.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external providers to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Facilitate management training sessions to promote leadership development.
  • Utilise various training modalities, including in-person and virtual formats.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training regulations and standards.
  • Develop a library of training resources for staff accessibility.
