Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employee lifecycle processes. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
  • Oversee compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in HR projects as required, contributing ideas and initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
  • Provide guidance on performance reviews and employee development plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Communications
  • Post-Graduate studies in Human Resources Management are an asset.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or related roles
