Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. You will analyse market trends and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning compensation strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations to ensure fair compensation.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensations against industry standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation analytics for senior management.
  • Advise on compensation policy updates to reflect internal and external changes.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation processing.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address compensation-related initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR management
