We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Officer to manage our employee compensation programs and ensure compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will implement effective benefits strategies and advocate for employee needs, fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR to design and implement employee recognition programs tied to compensation.
• Evaluate existing benefits programs for effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance.
• Advise management on compensation trends and best practices.
• Participate in professional development to continuously improve expertise in compensation practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• CIPD or equivalent certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or compensation management

• Data Analysis and Reporting

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Management
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
