Job Description

We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to oversee our employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR compliance, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefit plans and programs.
  • Monitor compliance with various HR regulations related to benefits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits packages and policies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive practices.
  • Prepare and present benefits reports to management and staff.
  • Work with HR to implement new benefits initiatives.
  • Conduct benefits orientation for new hires.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records for all employee benefits-related activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Further HR qualifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in employee benefits
