Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager in Liverpool to lead our HR functions, covering recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing talent strategies and enhancing our people-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Implement succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits adjustments.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Lead workshops on professional development and compliance.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance HR technology solutions.
  • Drive initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
