Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive salary rates.
• Host interviews and group assessments as required.
• Align recruitment strategies with client expectations and company goals.
• Work collaboratively with marketing to enhance employer branding.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Issue regular communication updates to clients regarding candidate progress.
• Review and improve recruitment processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
