Responsibilities

• Facilitate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Prepare offers and negotiate terms with successful candidates.
• Implement initiatives to enhance candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor industry trends to remain competitive in the talent market.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Assist in creating an engaging employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles

Technical Skills

• Interviewing Techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Organisational Skills

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
