Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will analyze and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet industry standards and attract top talent. In this role, your analytical skills will help us continuously improve our offerings, making them as competitive and appealing as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of employee benefits programmes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including claims processing and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of benefits programs.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefit plans and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR team on compensation-related activities, such as salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on benefits programs for management.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement with benefits.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education in HR or related fields
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • Experience with benefit plan analysis and evaluation
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of UK benefit regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Languages
  • English: Fluent
