Job Description

As a Talent Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, engagement, and performance. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive talent development programs.
  • Evaluate the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with management to identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
  • Create an organisational development strategy to enhance workplace culture.
  • Utilise modern learning technologies to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Mentor and coach team leaders on effective talent management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements and best practices.
  • Provide career development guidance and support for employees at all levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development or HR management
