Job Description

We are searching for a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator who will coordinate training activities, assess employee development needs, and implement strategies to foster a culture of continual learning. Help us shape the future of our workforce!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR to integrate training initiatives into the performance management process.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training programmes to ensure relevance.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to employees seeking development.
  • Organise team-building activities and learning events.
  • Promote learning opportunities internally and encourage participation.
  • Evaluate emerging training trends and technologies for potential integration.

Requirements

Education
  • Professional certification in Learning and Development or HR is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, ideally in a corporate environment
