Join us as an HR Generalist in Birmingham, where you will manage a variety of HR activities, from onboarding to investigations. This role requires a candidate who is both detail-oriented and able to create an inclusive and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee feedback mechanisms.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law.
Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote company culture.
Conduct exit interviews and monitor employee turnover rates.
Maintain employee records and HR database ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Advisory role on HR matters to line managers and staff.
Assist in managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
CIPD qualification is preferred

3+ years of experience in an HR role
