Job Description

We are in search of a proactive and knowledgeable HR Generalist to manage essential HR functions and processes, ensuring compliance and promoting an effective workplace culture. You will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and providing employee support while driving initiatives for employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings and candidate assessments.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with performance management and review cycles.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Provide support for payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's Degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or similar roles
