Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inclusive workplace environment through targeted initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for HR effectiveness.
  • Establish and update HR policies in line with best practices.
  • Advise on organisational development strategies.
  • Evaluate employee training needs and implement programmes.
  • Support health and wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
