Job Description

We are seeking a Learning Program Developer with a focus on HR Management to contribute to our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging learning programmes that foster professional growth and align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project initiatives to enhance learning and development programmes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting available resources.
  • Design e-learning content that encourages participation and knowledge retention.
  • Monitor industry trends in HR training and incorporate best practices.
  • Support the onboarding process through the development of orientation training.
  • Engage with external partners to enhance training offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Education or Human Resources
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is an asset
