Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR operations, from recruitment to performance management. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and practices, who can develop effective strategies for employee engagement and retention, contributing to our organisation's success.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR strategies.
  • Advocate for employee feedback through surveys and one-on-one interviews.
  • Lead the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts within the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners for training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Champion a culture of compliance and ethics.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on management
