Job Description

We are seeking an HR Compliance Officer to ensure that our HR practices comply with regulations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of employment law and the skills to manage compliance audits effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough compliance audits and ensure policy alignment.
  • Establish and maintain an effective compliance training programme.
  • Advise management on the implications of compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate compliance processes.
  • Draft compliance-related documentation and procedures.
  • Monitor the efficacy of compliance efforts and report findings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR compliance
