Job Description

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our vibrant HR team in York. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, with a particular focus on compliance and employee relations. You will help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and support organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR compliance audits and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Handle employee offboarding processes, ensuring completion of exit interviews.
  • Assist in analysing employee surveys and provide insights for improvements.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain records of employee leave and absence management.
  • Ensure timely communication of policy updates to employees.
  • Develop and implement HR projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives.
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting HR policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration
