Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to handle all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to employee relations. Your contributions will directly impact our team dynamics and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Support employee performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Facilitate staff training and development programs.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and workplace policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR issues and improve workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles
