Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
Support employee performance management and appraisal processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Facilitate staff training and development programs.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and workplace policies.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Collaborate with management to address HR issues and improve workplace culture.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
CIPD qualification is advantageous
Experience
2-4 years of experience in HR roles
