Job Description

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance. You will work closely with a passionate team to enhance our workplace culture and support employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the management of performance appraisal processes.
• Conduct research to support HR initiatives and improve employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Promote a positive organisational culture and employee involvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles
