Job Description

As an HR Generalist at HR Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce through various HR functions. Your expertise will be vital in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment processes including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Support employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues and facilitate resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Organize training sessions on various HR topics.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance and engagement metrics.
  • Provide advice and support on employee benefits and compensation matters.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
  • CIPD Level 7 is preferable
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR experience in a generalist role
