HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our human resources function in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and policies, and will work closely with management to foster a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle by collaborating with hiring managers.
• Oversee the onboarding process to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and handle data entry tasks.
• Advise managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding HR practices.
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff.
• Monitor and report on employee satisfaction metrics.
• Review and update HR policies as necessary.
• Assist in payroll processing and compliance.
• Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Senior-level HR qualifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
