Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to help foster a positive workplace environment in Windsor. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling employee grievances, advocating for staff needs, and driving engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Lead the development of a workplace culture focused on diversity and inclusion.
  • Track and report on employee relations metrics to inform strategy.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or HR management
