Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Development Advisor to spearhead our initiatives in HR management. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development strategies that align with the business objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in learning and development, coupled with a flair for fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new staff with a focus on integration.
  • Implement leadership development initiatives within the organisation.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs related to talent development.
  • Foster inclusion in training opportunities to support diverse talent.
  • Lead change management initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development are beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR talent development roles
