Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. This role will require a strategic thinker who can foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pool.
  • Establish HR policies and procedures that reflect company values.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to improve it.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within teams.
  • Promote continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Professional HR qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
