Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager, where you will be key in driving our HR strategy. Your role will include overseeing recruitment, talent development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate with department heads to ensure that HR initiatives effectively support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR policies and procedures to improve workplace culture.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Monitor and report on employee experience and engagement metrics.
  • Implement performance management systems and support managers with development plans.
  • Ensure the maintenance of employee records in compliance with local laws.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Coordinate with external HR consultants and services as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
