Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to contribute to our Bristol office. This role involves collaborating with management to implement HR strategies, managing employee development programs, and addressing employee concerns. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate evaluation.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and training programs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management on performance management and employee development.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records for accuracy.
  • Participate in HR projects that enhance employee experience and compliance.
  • Support initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
