Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position requires a proactive approach to promoting a positive workplace culture and enhancing workforce performance through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Align HR initiatives with business strategy to optimise workforce effectiveness.
  • Facilitate succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Ensure a workplace culture that supports diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide coaching to managers on best practices in performance management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
