Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment efforts and manage the interview process.
• Provide support for employee relations and performance management.
• Assist in policy formulation and compliance with HR standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files and HR documents.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries about HR policies.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
• Aid in the administration of benefits and compensation programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD qualification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
