Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs and build effective sourcing strategies, enhancing our talent pool while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the tech industry.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring ongoing engagement.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits for technical positions.
  • Facilitate interview feedback sessions with hiring teams to improve selection processes.
  • Provide insights to improve job descriptions and increase visibility.
  • Create and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
