Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
• Manage candidate relationships and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and requirements.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with necessary information.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Promote the agency's services to potential clients.
• Stay updated on market trends and sector developments.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Psychology or Sociology is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment consulting
