Job Description

We are seeking an HR Development Consultant with a strong background in enhancing employee performance and organisational development. The role will involve working collaboratively with management to design and implement effective training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess organisational needs for training and development projects.
  • Implement learning technology tools (like LMS) to support training initiatives.
  • Cultivate a coaching culture within teams to motivate professional development.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align development initiatives with business goals.
  • Work with senior leaders to roll out change management training as needed.
  • Facilitate focus groups to gather feedback on training programs.
  • Create and distribute learning materials that support training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Professional HR qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with a focus on employee development
