Responsibilities
Assess organisational needs for training and development projects.
Implement learning technology tools (like LMS) to support training initiatives.
Cultivate a coaching culture within teams to motivate professional development.
Participate in strategic planning to align development initiatives with business goals.
Work with senior leaders to roll out change management training as needed.
Facilitate focus groups to gather feedback on training programs.
Create and distribute learning materials that support training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR development.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Professional HR qualifications are preferred

5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with a focus on employee development
